The Mill Street Crossing in Epping, NH clearly demonstrates some of the amazing capabilities that precast concrete bridge construction affords. Literally built in only 8 days in August 2004, the 115 single span bridge was constructed solely with precast concrete components, which enabled it to be completed in such a remarkably short period of time compared to the four to six months that a project of this nature would typically take to finish.  It is also the reason it was awarded the 2005 PCI Best All-Precast Solution and the 2005 Best Medium Span Bridge awards.
